This Privacy Policy explains how ESTEVEZ ELITE MULTI-SERVICES LLC, DBA Swole Taxes & Real Estate Services collects and uses information through this website, contact requests, and our appointment and customer-service SMS program.
Information we collect
When you contact us, we collect your first and last name, email address, message, and phone number if you provide one. If you choose SMS updates, we also record your consent choice, the form URL, disclosure version, language, and browser-reported submission time. The email receipt records when your submission was received. If you text our business number, we record your phone number, inquiry text, conversation replies, delivery status, language preference, and opt-out choices. When you request an appointment by SMS, we also record your preferred time, appointment name, email, and contact phone to check availability and make your confirmed booking. Our hosting and communication providers process technical information needed to deliver and protect these services. A language-preference cookie remembers your English or Spanish selection.
How we use information
We use your information to respond to inquiries, arrange appointments, provide customer support, and send appointment reminders or customer-service texts when you have opted in. Submitting a contact form without selecting SMS consent does not enroll you in text updates. SMS consent does not authorize promotional messages. Please do not include Social Security numbers, tax documents, payment details, or other sensitive financial information in this contact form or by SMS.
SMS information and consent
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Mobile information and messaging consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers and other disclosures
The website is hosted by Vercel, contact submissions are delivered by Resend, SMS is delivered by Twilio, and appointment bookings are managed through Calendly. Our automated customer-service assistant processes inbound SMS on our private server to answer published service questions and help with appointments. These providers process information needed to supply their services. Calendly collects booking information under its own privacy policy. We may also disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect rights and prevent misuse. We do not sell your personal information.
Retention and protection
We retain contact requests, SMS conversations, delivery and opt-out records, and consent records as needed to respond to you, provide services, honor opt-outs, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Access should be limited to staff and service providers who need the information. No system can guarantee absolute security. Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of your information; some records may need to be retained for legal obligations or to prevent further texts after an opt-out.
